Shipping and Delivery

FREE shipping on all orders. We ship to EU countries, UNITED KINGDOM, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, Japan, Hong Kong, China and SOUTH KOREA from our office in Paris, France. We currently do not ship to Switzerland, Norway and French overseas territories. We will inform here as soon as new countries become available for shipping.

Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our European ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as we can. ESTIMATED SHIPPING IS MENTIONED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITHOUT ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN maximum 7 WORKING DAYS FOLLOWED BY A TRACKING NUMBER. orders are Normally shipped on the next business day, but please allow us several days delay. All made to order products are shipped around 21 days after placing the order.

We work with sign-on-receipt delivery for every shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Delivery time depends on the destination, it usually takes 48 hours for France and 4 business days for European countries.

IMPORT TAX may be IMPOSED For some COUNTRIES. PURCHASERS IMPORTING GOODS (if applicable) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING ANY DUTIES AND TAXES INCURRED, AND WILL NEED TO WORK WITH CUSTOMS TO SETTLE ANY AMOUNTS OWED. If the purchaser refuses to pay for any import duties and the package is returned to KISKA LAB, sending and return shipping costs will be due to the purchaser.

Returns and Exchange

You have 10 calendar days to contact us for a return or exchange after receiving the order. Please send an email to contact@kiskalab.com. ITEMS RETURNED OUTSIDE THAT PERIOD WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THE RETURN HAS BEEN AUTHORISED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ALL Made-to-Order items are non-returnable. FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE ISSUES, EARRINGS and pierced jewelry CANNOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED. Only unused gift cards can be refunded, Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Final sale iTems ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, UNLESS THE PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

To start a return, you should first contact us at contact@kiskalab.com. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, OUR TEAM WILL ISSUE AND SEND a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

once received your return will be processed in 48 hours. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. DEPENDING ON YOUr BANK REFUNDS MAY TAKE several DAYS TO SHOW UP ON YOUR CARD STATEMENT.
